Calendar Integration

If you connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar events (read-only) to display upcoming meetings and enable automatic recording. We only access event titles, times, and meeting links. We do not read or store other calendar data.

Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• Recording duration and storage usage
• Feature usage patterns
• Device and browser information
• IP address

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our recording and transcription services
• Generate AI-powered meeting summaries, action items, and insights
• Manage your account and provide customer support
• Enforce usage limits and billing
• Send service-related communications

3. Meeting Recording Consent

When our recording bot joins a meeting, it identifies itself as a participant (e.g., "Natania AI Notetaker"). It is your responsibility to ensure that all meeting participants are aware of and consent to being recorded, in compliance with applicable laws. Many jurisdictions require all-party consent for recording conversations.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Third-party services that help us operate (e.g., cloud hosting, AI processing, meeting bot infrastructure)
• Shared meeting links: If you create a shareable link for a meeting, anyone with that link can access the recording, transcript, and analysis
• Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with:

• Recall.ai: Provides meeting bot infrastructure for recording and transcription
• Google Calendar API: For calendar integration (read-only access to events)
• OpenAI / Anthropic: For AI-powered analysis of meeting transcripts
• Supabase: For data storage and authentication

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your meeting recordings, transcripts, and analysis for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual meetings at any time, which permanently removes the associated recording, transcript, and analysis data. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and download your meeting data
• Delete your recordings and account
• Disconnect calendar integrations at any time
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Request a copy of your personal data

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
