1. Service Description

Natania AI is an AI-powered meeting platform that provides:

• Automated meeting recording via a bot that joins your video calls
• Real-time and post-meeting transcription
• AI-generated meeting summaries, action items, and sentiment analysis
• Calendar integration for automatic recording scheduling
• Shareable meeting links for collaboration

2. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Recording Consent and Compliance

This is your most important obligation. When using our recording features, you agree to:

• Obtain consent from all meeting participants before recording, as required by applicable law
• Inform participants that a recording bot will join the meeting
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local recording consent laws (including two-party/all-party consent jurisdictions)
• Not use the Service to record conversations where you do not have the legal right to do so

Our recording bot identifies itself as a named participant when joining meetings. However, this does not constitute consent from other participants. You remain solely responsible for obtaining proper consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Record meetings without proper consent from all participants
• Use recorded content to harass, defame, or harm others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to process sensitive personal data (e.g., medical, financial, or legal consultations) without appropriate safeguards
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

5. Plans, Limits, and Billing

• Free trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with limited recording minutes
• Usage limits: Each plan has limits on recording minutes, storage, and features as described on our pricing page
• Overages: If you exceed your plan limits, recording functionality may be temporarily restricted
• Upgrades/Downgrades: You can change your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of your meeting recordings, transcripts, and any content you upload or generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Our Service

The Natania AI platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate meeting summaries, action items, sentiment analysis, and other insights. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI outputs should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth for important decisions
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before acting on it
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natania AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natania AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your failure to obtain proper recording consent
• Your violation of any third party's rights

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
